Jesus. That reminds me of those trypophobia photos you see. I remember reading a TIF saying that she was on testosterone and accutane, an acne drug which causes pretty severe dryness. I can’t imagine being on accutane and also having vaginal atrophy from the testosterone. That sounds so painful.
