Staph has written an essay on her Southern Tier Trans Advocacy Facebook page:

I know what you're saying - I ain't reading all that - and I don't blame you. The most important part is at the end:

A letter from our founder, Yarrow.
Today is a solemn day for our community. It's one that my gods and spirit guides warned me about over two years in advance. Yet we cannot let ourselves collapse into helplessness and despair.
As a pagan within the community sometimes known as Asatru or heathenry, there are two concepts I can offer you right now, with the hopes I may define them both thoroughly and succinctly. The wyrd is the web that weaves all. We are bound within it. Others' actions, both past and future, shape our fate, and vice versa. We can't change what has happened in the past that has arrived us at our current day. However, another aspect of fate is our ørlög, which is one singular strand of wyrd that we may all grasp onto.
Ørlög can roughly be translated into English as "ur-law," with "ur- "meaning ancient and "law" meaning "to lay." Thus, we can surmise that all that has been laid was done so long ago. The tapestry of fate has been weaved in our past and is now wyrd, and the tapestry of the present is currently being woven together. That leaves the tapestry of the future yet unwoven.
And so, all of that is to say this: We are woven together into a struggle that has gone back generations. In fact, it has been woven across millennia. Trans people, gender non-conforming people, intersex people: we have always existed. Do not let the propaganda of the right tell you otherwise. Our wyrd has been mired with conflict, oppression, and violence. We have always met it face on with courage and determination.
Yet our ørlög is that which we grasp at this very moment, and what will guide us into the next day. Where will these strings lead? We are in control.
Here is another term that's pertinent: frith, which still exists in modern Swedish as fredat. This refers to a community that knows peace. Yet again, frith is something that is made. It's more of a verb than a noun, denoting action that can be taken. In order for us to have frith, we need allies. We need to weave our threads tightly together.
To get our community through the next four years, we will have to realize that: 1) nothing is truly outside of our control; 2) we need each other.
I have been almost exclusively operating this Facebook page and local organizational efforts as a sole person. That, I feel, needs to change headed forward.
I want any and all experienced progressive coalition builders and community strengtheners who are transgender and intersex allies to see what we can build together. As Facebook is much less safe for us, you may reach me in alternative ways. They are:
Messenger at Yarrow Brown
Signal (see QR code below)
BlueSky at either transmascdruid or stny-trans Gmail or Google Meet at anarchoenby77 Google voice text or call at (607) 542-9296
I am open to meeting in person at the George F. Johnson Memorial Library. I welcome you to wear a mask if so.
Thank you dearly for allowing me to try my best at operating this organization. It means so much to me that you follow and have liked this page. Please also do so with Politically Active Pagans of the Southern Tier-PAPST if you have not already.

She is only just asking for additional staff, after nearly 10 years. Good luck, Yarrow. I love how she says that Facebook is 'less safe for us' then blasts out every possible method of contacting her, including her phone number, email addresses, and gives a QR code to contact her on Signal. This classes as doxxing yourself, Yarrow Brown, also known as the Trans Masc Druid and Anarchoenby77 online. As Facebook is much less safe for us, you may reach me in alternative ways. They are:
