(Edited for retarded grammar)
I can't be the only one that thinks Destiny took his stance on the Palestinian genocide because he was trying to appeal to centrism and some kind of false middle-morality, so he could impress LS and entice her to want to collaborate with him. Destiny does lack empathy, he's practically emotionally retarded, and he is admittedly Islamophobic (insert clip here when I find it), so clearly his opinion on the matter was based on generally not caring for the people of Gaza and made it easier to take the center opinion rather than appeal to other lefty's and take a sympathetic approach. That way he could say to LS, "See, I can side with you guys on some stuff. We're more alike than different."
Suddenly, semantics became so important to him, like the use of the word "genocide", and how hard he fought to invalidate the people using that word, rather than viewing the actual atrocities happening daily he covered articles from events 50 years ago. Oh, and doubling down on approving of food blockades because of sugar cookie missiles. His research streams were an attempt to show him being impartial on the subject, when the reality is in our faces, Gaza is a parking lot, and the displaced Palestinians have no where to go, no schools, no hospitals, no parks, and he will still run cover for Israel. To me, this is more gross than someone like Hasan having a Houthi on his stream, at least Hasan *unironically* loves terrorism. Destiny is just a fraud who has opinions for pussy.
Or maybe I'm just schizo.
