She definitely has reason not to, destiny is someone who abused her and made her feel trapped, small, dumb for ~5 years; His narcissistic/gaslighty/toxic(whatever) tendencies guarantee that any consequence she tries to make him face will be met with strong resistance that will end up causing her a lot of suffering, and she'll have to spend the rest of her life looking over her shoulder. Even when Melina was 100% in the right being sussed out by the Lauren Southern affair, Destiny still found a way to fuck her over in the form of gaslighting -> suggesting therapy -> lying to therapist etc.
IMO Melina fucked up BIG TIME by letting him get a free divorce but it's likely due to the same reasons, she wants to wash her hands and be done with this psychopathic gnome. Destiny even made sure that no good deed went unpunished and didn't even have the decency to pay her $100k tax fine (which he previously agreed to?) after she signed the post-nup and did everything she could to benefit him in the divorce, he's that vindictive. There were previous clips of him bragging about not having a prenup and he also signed to Kick during their marriage so Melina would have potentially been entitled to millions.
Melina's life as far as we can tell seems to be going well now, she's dating a very popular actual celebrity, attending therapy, not being abused by destiny; to speak out means she has to re-engage with this toxic cesspool of a person that caused her a ton of trauma.

I believe Johnny is who runs the rustlelogs site, or at least that's the guy who you need to contact in Tiny's discord to delete your logs.
Johnny works for Dan, or used to work for Dan at the very least a couple years ago for Redact.dev, if I'm not mistaken.
So it's entirely possible that's how he still has access to jstlk's logs and is simply pretending that he got them from others to cover his own ass.
However, he's not lying. There's way more sites that log DGG other than rustlesearch. That's why I've never been concerned when someone wipes their logs trying to prevent me from doxxing them, I just don't post about it in the thread because I do enjoy Tiny and his retarded lackeys thinking that I'm retarded.
