100%, even if it's true he doesn't have any proof of it, which is good.

Also, just to state the obvious, even if what he's claiming is true. All the other girls, which again, there are far more than the ones included in the Solo leaks, 100% didn't give him consent to share those videos and they weren't sharing his videos.

Even if he's right about this Pxie situation (he's not), it doesn't change the fact that he's a sex pest who records people in secret, shares revenge porn, and if what Solo (who is more likely Rose or her bf) alleges is true he doesn't verify the age of any of the "18" year olds/young fans that he sexts with.

Yeah, I forgot about that. I searched around for a Florida statue that applied to civil suits and only found Florida court precedents and federal statutes. I think this is still relevant since the state might actually take Cherry's police report seriously with its relation to a civil suit, especially since she was named in Pxie's filing (only by screen name though).

Obligatory reminder that Rose didn't have an OF, and that Solo, whos' more likely Rose herself or her bf, alleges that she was underaged when Destiny was sexting her.

Rose not having an OF/Fansly/Manyvids, and only selling her porn through twitter, gives credibility to Solo's claim that she was underaged as those platforms require ID verification.
Also, Destiny's refusal to go after Solo or Rose, instead virtue signalling by claiming that he's going to sue the Farms, is further proof that Destiny himself is afraid that Rose was underaged, something that he commented to jstlk in private.

Also, Destiny has Rose's number, he has direct contact to her, but NEVER showed any proof of this being a "hack" like he so desperately claims. It's funny that Destiny's main line of attack now basically falls in line with the narrative presented in Sunday's expose video. Keep in mind, that everything he said on stream/in dgg chat today is apparently more in SUBSTANCE than what he was able to communicate publicly prior to the lawsuit being filed. Meaning, we can deduce that if he had even a MODICUM of an implication that he was innocent of the main accusation, then he would be pathetically and desperately showcasing it as much as possible like he's done with all the character attacks that supposedly vindicate him, but he can't because it doesn't exist. He said on stream that the only things preventing him from saying anything up to this point, was potential court action and the possibility of Pxie retracting parts of her substack - There is absolutely no excuse now for why he can't make true or false claims about the main accusation (other than being guilty).

The only thing he can bring up are his feelings... His feelings about what Pxie's motives are, and what is guiding those motives behind the scenes, and that has lead him to the ultimate conclusion that Sunday was correct to call it extorsion because his own ego can't handle the idea that he's the only party involved in this guilty of something worthy of fixating on.
