So there's evidence epstiny deleted his dms after Jan 23rd, and chaeiry had already publicly posted she'd given her report to the police on the 22nd. There's your destruction of evidence in a criminal case, and certainly cause for the police to demand deleted logs from discord (and hopefully seize all devices).
With regards to pxie (cheers Pxie, sorry for any doubt) even if it doesn't make a destruction of evidence case for a civil suit in Florida it's definitely something the jury will love when deciding on the amount of punitive damages.

I ain't wrong yet, if this doesn't go to court, I still win. However, I AM going to criticize Pxie. Anyone thinking she's going to get even a couple million are fooling themselves. She has no reputation outside of DGG, her income and persona online is almost completely reliant on Destiny. In fact, the only reason we even care about Pxie is because it involves Destiny, so I can't foresee that part of the suit going anywhere. Any project she starts on her own fails (the podcast that she had with straighterade). The most she might get is some damages for future occupational prospects, but there's precedent that sextapes leaking can actually increase reputation, so that's probably out. This suit feels like more of am incredibly dumb way to save face in the public eye, but at the same time, she doesn't name herself in the lawsuit, so I dunno what face she's actually trying to save except among people here or people who are familiar with her through DGG.

He has been deleting evidence. I've personally seen it with my own two eyes. Also, multiple girls in jstlk's server like Zoe and others, have been saying that he's deleting videos and specific messages.

Again, Destiny cares more about the public image damage than the actual crimes that he's committing. If he manages to muddy the waters enough his career can survive, which is why people must not let him escape ANY of the allegations. He's specifically afraid of it being confirmed whether Rose was underaged btw, so I would suggest to keep reminding people that as per the leaker, Solo, Rose was 17 for the majority of the time in which they were sexting and he was sending her sexually explicit content and he was masturbating to hers.

Uncivil Law stated on his stream that it isn't about a report to police or a filed lawsuit, it's about when someone reasonably believes there can be a lawsuit pending. so at least January 20th if not earlier.

Uncivil stated that the judge could even instruct the jury on consideration of the deleted material and it can lead to a jury to believing the least charitable scenario if someone has destroyed evidence.

The federal statute provides for liquidated damages of $150k in lieu of actual damages. It's in the pleadings. If the cause of action under that statute is made out, she can get at least $150k, plus costs.

She posted a few times about it on Xitter after they got together "officially" in the public eye or whatever, but she nuked a bunch of stuff from that account when she did her performative brief unfollow of him. She claimed she wanted to remove every single one of her tattoos (and pestiny openly hates tattoos on women lol)

Can confirm that she made those tweets, ever since Destiny said that he dislikes tattoos she has said it multiple times, even in her camshows if I'm not misremembering MANY MANY months ago.
