I would have to disagree, Destiny has made it abundantly clear in previous conversations he has had that he does not want to be perceived as a "Helpless Victim" by anyone. He would honestly rather people call him a cock sucking degenerate poly cuck faggot then be felt sorry for as a victim of violent assault. The problem with attorneys is that they almost all suck and could not possibly give less of a shit about your case. You'd think hiring Big Dick, Esq. would result in really high class attentive counseling but a lot of them just could not care less.

I'd wager that the women attorneys representing sex offense cases are probaly the most interested in actually helping, tbh.

If he is spending good money on them it's highly likely they have a reputation to maintain, and that reputation alone is enough to motivate them to do a good job, but then again I've had $800 an hour patent attorneys that were completely worthless.

I think you conflate attorneys who suck with attorneys who don't care. Sometimes it's better to have an attorney who doesn't care about you personally as long as they win on the merits, like in many appeals. Law is a service industry, and sometimes it's beneficial financially to care deeply about your clients' situations. But sometimes it's not worthwhile from an emotional and business perspective, as long as you are a zealous advocate where it matters. That's the difference between being in-house counsel to a business (or running a full service firm that serves individual clients in their business needs, estate matters, finances, taxes, etc.) and being a mercenary appellate practitioner.

For what he's trying to do, Destiny seems to need a full service attorney who can tell him how to best manage his life in light of this happening, if only because he's a public figure who makes his livelihood from being a public figure. That's a very unique position, as Nick Rekieta used to talk about from time to time before he became an alkie and nitrous huffer. The rules might be different in those situations because going silent completely might be best from a black letter law point of view, but not from a business or reputation perspective. At the very least, there's more push and pull in that situation that requires just as much personal counseling as it does legal work. After all, just because Destiny wins the legal case might not mean he sustains his streaming career. But that's going to be expensive, because a good portion of the attorney's time will be acting as a PR advisor, therapist, and business advisor.

What Destiny likely has is a civil litigation firm with a bunch of other clients. Their job isn't to act as a personal advisor whom Destiny can call at 10 PM and talk about going public to ten thousand viewers with a retaliatory manifesto, considering the legal effects, the business risks, and his emotional state. There are firms specializing in that type of work, but they're probably not going to be the type of place that Destiny finds while googling at 2 AM manic on Vyvanse. And let's say he does get a counselor who cares deeply about his case and is trying to help him fight as Destiny wants to—is that really better than the cold attorney who looks at the facts and uncaringly tells Destiny that he better settle quickly or else he's going to get fucked? It might make him feel better, but the uncaring attorney is probably more correct in the grand scheme of things.

I unironically believe that using insults like these play an important part of poking holes in Destiny's charismatic 200IQ debategod facade, but it has to be done atleast somewhat constructively. None of these insults (cuck, molested, dropout etc.) seem to bother him when used to critique his character in isolation, but linking them with related behaviors + characteristics have caused him to spaz out before, which is ultimately the end-goal.

For example, using his (repressed < important factor) molestation + childhood neglect to carry weight for arguments about how he's a deadbeat father whose biggest impact on his son is traumatizing him with his degeneracy. Or if you want to go the academic route; using his lifelong record of academic indiscipline to carry weight for reasons why he's incapable and undeserving of becoming the political speaker he so wants to be.

He has a fragile ego with a fortitude thicker than his scarred foreskin and his fans are too retarded to connect dots alone; so aside from actual logs, insults with paralleled behavior are the only other thing that seem to work at unravelling him.
