The thing about Destiny it's that he's shameless, and he's genuinely a sociopath.
I think some of the girls have deluded themselves that he's not doing it anymore, because, how much of a sociopath would you have to be that even after being sued and getting exposed as a degenerate creep you would continue to secretly record, and share porn without consent, but I fully believe that he's still doing it, there's no doubt in my mind about it.

As you can see, all of them know about the situation, how they respond to it is what varies.
The moral ones, who actually have principles, left the community when it all dropped. However, most of them are in this limbo in which they know Destiny is guilty, however they will always find a new cope. The Veryviolet troon is one of those examples, in which he waited until Destiny gave an excuse, and now that Destiny gave him the excuse "that there was this culture in which they all shared porn around" they latch unto it.
Remember, from the DMs I posted. Destiny is ALWAYS the person pushing for sharing the porn of other girls or guys he has taped, they don't ask for them, Destiny is who does all the pushing. HE ALONE created that "culture" (which doesn't exist) to justify his actions.

The range of which they blame him for the situation varies a lot. As Destiny has given them those excuses "it was the culture", "there was an understanding", "why let themselves be recorded if they don't want it shared around".
The true answer to why Destiny will get away with everything, if he does, it's that the girls don't hate him enough.
Destiny constantly weaponizes this fact, he knows no one hates him enough for him to be affected, that's why his advice in any drama it's to always keep going. He doesn't think the mob can stay with their hatred against him forever.
And since he knows this, he knows that he can continue doing what he has been doing it, as he knows he will never be punished for it.
Notice how Destiny was reacting to jstlk's server, to jstlk, to Kelly, to Kuihman. Why was he so angry, trying to intimidate them to stop covering the drama, trying to intimidate them to stop helping the girls? Because they hated him enough, they kept going months after. They mocked him, humiliated him for his own actions, and they reminded him of how much of a loser he is.
He can't allow that kinda culture against him, in which holding him accountable for his own actions, to fester as that's dangerous to him.
So the answer it's that people simply don't hate him enough.
I have a few ideas of how to find Rose, however it's gonna take time, and it's tedious. Code Cave knows it, but I probably won't be sharing it publicly until I find her, if I do of course. It should work tho, and I do think I'm on the right track.
