I don't really want to hijack the thread that much to go down this rabbit hole, but do you realize you are talking about two different people? Lauren Delaguna (Hayden) is who I was talking about; she's a brunette attorney (former law student), who loves to remind people that she's an attorney at every possible opportunity, and also apparently left a wild voicemail to Destiny's former law firm. I guess its possible that wasn't actually her in the voicemail; I just took it at face value. That is 100% something she would do though, and if it turns out Destiny was lying about that, then I guess I'm not so smart after all. It doesn't really make much sense for the voicemail to be to Destiny though, unless they are doing some weird role-playing.

I think the biggest problem is that people don't realize that sometimes, especially when it comes to large, die-hard communities, your condemnation of a person will actually just function as an endorsement. This isn't the case all the time ofc, but if you're a Destiny fanboy and you see a post here just calling him a motor mouth faggot sex pest (he is) or a post on Reddit from some lefty calling him a Zionist shill (might be), it won't impact your opinion at all, because you've built up an antidote to any kind of well-poisoning that could be thrown at that person, even if it's accurate. Irrespective of me mocking her, Lauren (Delaguna, you know, the licensed attorney), absolutely has valid grievances against Destiny. Regarding the recording thing, Lauren may not have directly accused Destiny of surreptitiously recording her, but it wouldn't surprise me if Destiny has some type of 24/7 camera set-up in his apartment. People should just assume that if you've been in his apartment, you've been recorded lol. But, more seriously, he's practically begging for another lawsuit the more he talks about going after her law license....for no fucking reason whatsoever. The only valid reason I can think of to even file an ethics complaint against her is just his complete speculation about her faking evidence ("evidence" that wasn't even used in the lawsuit, as far as I know). I take Lauren at her word that she hasn't given Pxie legal advice or help with her case, but even if she has, so what? She is licensed in Florida and is allowed to practice law and give legal advice in that jurisdiction. Practicing law outside of her role with her organization might be against that organization's internal policies, but I'm not convinced it would be inherently unethical under the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct, unless there's some specific provision or ethics opinion on point I'm unaware of. Destiny muses that there would be a conflict of interest there, but, again, he has probably never even glanced at the rules around conflicts of interest, and it's definitely not an inherent conflict for an attorney to represent a close friend or family member; that happens all the time.
With the guy that knows more than 99% of audio/video engineers? I doubt he could even figure out how to get the dvr to continuously record.
