From what I recall, he has said that he had sex with an underage girl before, but the thing that gets left out by people is that he was the same age as her and it was his first girlfriend and later wife, although I might be wrong regarding the wife bit. I might disagree with some of his beliefs and politics, but I don't think Destiny is dumb enough to openly admit to a crime of this nature.
