It was during the Dooby/Discord "Politics" AMA, when women kept talking to him his chat kept posting "nathanW", he got triggered and asked Jaydr (one of his coders and jannies) to remove it.
As you say, it's pointless, because it's not the emote that's the problem it's his own fault. He wouldn't have the fame of trying to fuck everything that moves if he didn't act like a low impulse monkey.
His chat will just find a new way to make the point that he's flirting with someone, or that he's a degen-coomer. As Brap God says, "COOMER" still exists, and there's a dozen other emotes that can be used in the same way.

Vaguely related, but in your post history you say that Lauren addressed the affair rumors with Destiny and that proves that they didn't have an affair.
This isn't entirely true, she addressed the abortion/secret baby rumours, which were fake and were made with the exact purpose of being a strawman/caricature of what happened so they could point to that being fake and "prove" they didn't have an affair, when again, they never addressed the affair.
I think she might have vaguely denied the affair once when cornered by Andrew Wilson or his wife once (as Lauren was "friends"/friendly with his wife), but she has never gone out of her way to address anything about her relationship with Destiny, and evades it as much as she evades Andrew Tate.
