Supposedly he wants to start shooting with Melina as a new hobby because they had fun last time they tried it together ( he took her shooting after the Better Discourse event when he went shooting with Lauren, but before his Canada visit in which he also went shooting), but probably it has more to do with the fact that they don't do anything together and have almost nothing in common except they are both sex degenerates and druggies, so this is probably a sad attempt at trying to make Melina a more interesting person instead of a brainless sex doll with STDs.
