It's 100% between Melina and Destiny, that's basically the only thing that has been confirmed.

The reasons why I think Lauren is involved is because of all the previous personal interactions she has had with Destiny (Destiny and Melina fighting at the same time as he was with Lauren in the Better Discourse event, and him flying all the way to Canada a couple months ago to see her), the fact that he came right from a vacation from seeing Lauren, Melina and Lauren mutually unfollowing each other from Instagram and Twitter for the second time (although it could also be that one of them blocked the other one):

To further prove that Melina used to follow Lauren in instagram, because I never took a picture of her following list, here we have a screenshot of Lauren's "American Mirage" promotional post, as you can see Melina liked the post because she used to follow her. (Yes I follow Lauren's sister because she has a nice ass).

Always assume everyone is being sincere, if you start to believe people are putting a performance you can't come to any conclusion.
The only one who seems to know or care what we are talking about here is Destiny himself and it doesn't seem like it bothers him, so I don't see why he would script anything.

Ana is too unhinged for me, once you've seen a looping stream you've seen them all, and I can never tell how much of their relationship is Destiny being attracted to the nutcase or how much is him just appeasing her so she doesn't murder him and wears his face.

Are you sure he didn't say Mr. Bones Wild Ride? That's what I heard but maybe he said mouton before. From my understanding nothing is really going on with Mouton, he's just moving to Canada because his girlfriend wants him to.

I remember this but it turned out Melina was doing a segment with qtbot or w/e her name is and trying to speed dating at that event. Ludwig just a weirdo who just took a chance to try to jab Tiny to protect the honor of his karen gf

Destiny has talked to him about this, basically Destiny just gives him free reign and that sometimes means he gets to banned whoever he wants. So basically janitor likes to power trip.
Destiny said he would pay him but that would mean he could no longer ban people for "personal reasons."
He would rather not be paid so he can be a janny

This drama is more likely about drugs (MDMA), that's the only thing we've seen previously that could be considered cheating in their relationship.

Taking a break from Melina's and Lauren's drama.
Lavender, Lavlune or Lav has made her more official debut in Destiny's stream (she had already appeared previously in a MrGirl 4+ hour debate with Destiny moderating).
Destiny followed her 7-8 months ago and unfollowed her shortly after (like a week or 2 weeks after following her), I always wondered if it was because she wasn't reciprocating his flirting (she has a fiance) or because she was a cloutshark and annoying, and after watching yesterday's stream it's obviously the latter.
It's not surprising tho, this woman used to be friends with Itsbabydash (Cyr's ex).
She's mentally ill and obviously wants to forcefully insert herself into the "Destiny universe" and I'm sure it will inevitably result in entertaining drama.
