Most of the gay people I know wouldn't call it consensual, they just wouldn't call it traumatic or out of the ordinary. If you're in a small town, you make due with what you have. If you're a teenager who is just starting to realize that you're gay, you probably aren't going to talk about it with your straight male friends unless you're particularly brave. (This is probably different today, I'm talking about a time when homosexuality was less accepted, pre-gay marriage in the US.) And even if you're openly gay, your peers probably aren't. So for a lot of young gay men, their first experience is with adult men, and most of the ones I know would describe it similarly to how Milo did.

This isn't pedophile apologia, by the way. I think it's wrong, and I think those adult men are chicken hawks. But I'm just describing something that was common in the gay community, which could be completely different today because of a wider acceptance of homosexuality and online dating.

She has been engaging more with him since the girl left. I'm guessing she already left, as it had already been more than 4-5 days which is the average time a girl stays with him, but an Ireland (that's where she lives right?) is quite long, so I'm not sure if he would let her stay longer with him because of that reason (assuming Empathchan IS the girl, which I'm not sure).
