I genuinely think that Lav wants out of her relationship. Even tho they recently got married and tried to have a kid she flirts with way too many men online, sexts with them, and "cheats" on her bf (don't know if they are sort of open and she's just afraid to say so because she doesn't want people to call him a cuck).
Her obsession with Tiny just seems, to me at least, that she wanted him to chase more after her and Tiny simply got tired of defending her which is when he called her a "dumb bitch". Since then, as insignificant as it may seem, that genuinely hurt her especially since he stopped treating her with kid gloves, and that's when she returned to Max to hurt him more / cause some sort of weird jealousy from Tiny as Destiny was trying really hard to get her to stop following Max's advice. Max was also hurt by that, as he saw how Destiny consistently told Lav (on stream) that Max's advice was harmful to her, when Max considers his advice to be the word of God himself, those were the first cracks to the Tiny-Max breakup.
Even tho Lav told many times that she found Tiny ugly and his penis disgusting looking, I think she still wanted to date him. She first learned about Tiny, then latched herself to Max when he became Tiny's orbiter, became extremely obsessed with Max, to a degree in which it was obvious she was weirdly in love with him. Destiny tried to get her out of that obsession (because he wanted her feet pics and to fuck her) which is why he trauma dumped to her and tried to become her friend, so Lav then latched herself to Tiny again.
You can also interpret this as Lav trying to weirdly make Max jealous of Destiny, which I think it did somehow work near the end of the Tiny bridge, but there was definitely a shift of energy after Tiny and her met up in LA and he gave her head, I think she genuinely got interested after that.
You can see a very clear contrast between their interactions before he flew out to see her, and after that (imo), just from the negging I had already made my mind that they had hooked up (similar to the shift in energy I felt between Lauren Southern and Destiny)
In a way, the Max+Lav alliance has always been just two people who felt close to Destiny and felt scorned by him, which caused their obsession and trying to "destroy" him. That's the gist of the message that I sent Max a few times, when I was harassing him, right before I doxxed him.
It felt wrong/abusive, as they both knew that they were hurting Destiny and that they had a kinda "special" relationship with him since he told them so much about his personal life (because he's a retard).
