I found the house, I wrote a whole text of the whole process, but the files aren't working so the text won't make sense without them.
I've been trying to upload it for two hours so I give up.
But 100% it's the house.
Only Jakob left now.

Managed to upload at least one picture, the rest aren't loading. It was an extremely autistic process simply figuring out where to look for the house. But once I was certain of the area I found it within 5 minutes.

Without as many pictures I'll explain the process.
The reason why I wasn't bothered that Zoe and Jakob deleted their logs was because I knew that Zoe's current account was actually her second account. She had deleted her other account a couple months back, however, she didn't purge her logs.
So I knew, that if I needed more information I had her old logs in the server still, however, since the account is deleted I can't search for what it posted.
However, if you can't namesearch the person anymore what's the best next things? blocking everyone in the server, as that way only her deleted messages will show up when searching. It took a long time, it was extremely autistic, I also (using a different account) searched without the people blocked, as people often reposted her pictures or screenshotted Jakob's, so I didn't want to miss important information that could help me.
However the important picture, was this one:
It might seem like it's not a lot, but this one was the most important one.
You see, after three days of autistically searching a whole side of the city of Portland I realized I had definitely done something wrong, at least one of my assumptions must be wrong, but I suspected that multiple were.
I had originally (wrongfully) assumed she moved to be closer to Jakob, but that doesn't even make sense, she moved extremely soon after he visited her for the fist time.
That's when I remembered that someone said she moved to have a backyard for her dog, and that's when everything clicked and I started searching for that exact picture.
I KNEW she had to have uploaded at least one picture in a dog park, and one I found it, although it doesn't seem like much, it was far more than enough.
From the picture we can tell, there's no grass, the fence is made of three planks, there's a SQUARE chicken wire fence, there's a lot of vegetation OUTSIDE the park grounds, there's some very specific flowers.
I searched through all the parks, and immediately when I saw the correct one I knew that was the one. All of the others either had different fences (two planks), didn't seem to have as much vegetation, didn't have the specific flowers, had grass, etc.
Once the park was identified I knew the house had to be close by for two reasons, she would obviously visit the nearest one, and because she had uploaded the following picture 30 minutes after the other one:

First of all, there's no concrete like that next to the park, so that means they came here walking, and the fact that they came walking means that the house is right next to it, so I just moved a little bit in google earth.
And just like with Max's white flowers, when I saw that neighbor's window I immediately knew this was the place, after that I just confirmed all the other hints and knew 100% I had found it.

Originally I was disappointed thinking it was going to be easier than Max's, but this one took a lot more thinking to resolve and had to be smart to fix my errors.
It was fun.
