There is literally nothing interesting about this whole thing apart from some orbiters being doxed for them paying what I assume are travel expenses:
These aren't reimbursements for travel expenses.
- The line items for payments to these streamers specifically say they're for "digital advertisement"
- You can see in Progressive Victory's filings for other months how they handle travel reimbursements to individuals and they outright say "reimbursement"
Originally when I saw the payment to LonerBox I thought it might be because he did some sort of audio work for a Progressive Victory commercial, given his background as a music producer, I was wrong on that. These payments are very likely licensing fees to let PV use these streamers' content as part of their marketing strategy. Look at PV's twitter and you'll see clips of streamers talking about whatever election-related topic, and most of those streamers are ones identified in this list. The streamers who aren't on that list are the likes of Vaush and Destiny who may very well have declined payment out of goodwill towards PV.
Example, here's how they're using Counterpoints' content:
Can someone give me a quick rundown of the Progressive Victory thing? I know its a democrat super pac thats heavily associated with Briahna wu, and it acts as a source of income for some Destiny orbiters. The reason I'm asking is because i saw this, just curious if there are any details about the pac and their relationship that they want to keep quite
There really isn't anything to keep quiet. PAC expenditures are public, as I
posted a few weeks ago, and I don't think individuals are obligated to disclose if they've ever done work for a PAC. Counterpoints is a private citizen not running for any office, who happens to share his political opinions on the internet, and came to an agreement with Progressive Victory which net him some money.
But this did lead me down a rabbit hole and helped me ID another former Destiny associate. ShortFatOtaku was clued into PV's streamer relations earlier than I was and posted this August 31st:

He's making a joke about who Lumi is in this spreadsheet. Ignore him.
Teikou Lortie / LumiRue / LumiRueLuv / EvaUnaLove
55 S Potomac St Apt 302
Hagerstown, Maryland 21740-5537
LumiRue is a female non-binary troon who was on somewhat good terms with Destiny starting the latter half of 2019, but after Destiny sperged out about Kyle Rittenhouse and made his "mowing down dipshit protesters" comment she started souring on him. She's more stridently leftist than Destiny ever was, though I don't think she's a Hasan or Vaush dickrider.
Her Twitter bio puts her in the DC / Maryland / Virginia area:
PV uses her content like they use Counterpoints':
The only other noteworthy thing about her is the surgery she got. She used to have big booba, but this apparently triggered her dysphoria and so asked the Internet for help funding a breast reduction operation. Destiny apparently donated $1500 so she could get this done, and while I can't prove it, I vaguely remember this donation was originally anonymous but 'somehow' got linked to Destiny directly. This sort of fits what
@Pepsi Vs Coke. Fight! said earlier about Destiny's motivations in spending money (he won't spend money unless he can make himself look good doing so) and fits what we generally know about Destiny since he's interested in... other parts of a woman's body besides her breasts.
