That's essentially what Destiny did, he said twitter trans people were subhuman. Hasan shouldn't be banned for saying the rapes weren't real either, because if you punish someone simply for saying "the rapes didn't happen" people will begin to punish those who say the same thing, but they're actually correct. We see this online with trannies. "Straight men rape more" is factually correct, saying "women rape more" is factually incorrect. We should say both because "transwomen rape more" is correct, but one is a "protected minority" but being a "protected minority" shouldn't absolve you of your culture's issues and how it harms others, like how misogyny is still bad but if it was true women did rape more, the truth should be said so society can change. Banning speech makes people believe ideas but are never introduced to the counterarguments, so they don't actually know how to defend their belief. That makes it easy to dissolve the more people repeat the counterargument. If your position is ultimately indefensible, then whats stopping it from being defeated is that no one is combating it. As much of a cuck as he is, Destiny being unbanned would be a good thing.

What should warrant a ban is what warrants an arrest in real life, threats. If you threaten someone's life or the lives of a group of people, then you should be banned. Twitch banning Destiny is defensible if his presence is creating a culture that they don't like on their platform, or if it causes the other streamers to threaten to leave, or it causes advertisers to leave. It's the same principle as banning people in DGG or KF banning people for derailing threads excessively. Its like firing people at a job. If someone is affecting the bottom line or creating a toxic workplace, you fire them. It doesn't matter whether or not what they did is illegal.

And your role as a consumer is to either watch twitch because you support that type of environment or to stop watching twitch because you don't like how they run their company.
