If he would do something legally I would have expected him to do something about his porn published here. I have three guesses why he doesn't do anything about it.
1. He doesn't want it to go to court because he either didn't have permission to share some of the material or Rose was actually a minor when they started exchanging sexual messages/material.
2. He is not the owner of all the videos. Some of it might be filmed by Melina or one of the other partners, so he can't go for DMCA takedowns.

In this case, the site owner himself saw a clear, direct callout of someone likely breaking a US law and he removed the user(s) doing so. Anything else opens up an attack vector for Tiny or even someone else to use as, unlike plain ol' unconditional leaking and doxing, it would be the real deal of KF encouraging illegal behavior in an example so on the nose it could serve as a hypothetical. He says Lav is making shit up about him hooking up or trying to with pxie, kelly jean and madame genevieve, which is probably true. Lav accused him of hooking up with everybody at the time without any knowledge other than hearsay or her own speculation.
It's the same thing with the 3 women quote. If you find it you will recognize that the quote will be "I hooked up with only 3 new women this year".
