It'll be either (or both):

1. A bare denial of the allegations, obviously prepared by a lawyer; or

2. A verbose half-confession peppered with screenshots of largely irrelevant DMs and chat logs, obviously prepared without any legal advice, wherein he attempts to position himself as the victim and reframe the situation as spillover from an unrelated (and conveniently banal) interpersonal conflict.

VAWA noncon porn torts are something like $150k each (not sure if per incident or per recording?) and they have very rare fee-shifting provisions which means she can probably find a big name jewess lawyer willing to take it on contingency because she can charge big money and Destiny will be able to afford the fees at the end.

I think hes probably going to spin the narrative into focusing on solo and make this a story about how solo leaked it to the public, but even that im not sure becuase people would just call him out for not addressing pxies claims. Who knows really hes actually just in check at this point.

Destiny has talked before about how to write good "PR" statements, so has a playbook he will follow. He will likely admit some fault (still blaming the "hack") and say something about what his plan is to make it better. However, he is obviously not taking this seriously and memeing about it in DGG chat:

This thread seems to like Pxie in general, and she is legitimately being brave doing this. I didn't think she would risk going against Destiny, so I hope she gets her fundraiser met. I also hope she gets a conviction - if Steven gets to buy his way out of it, it will get swept under the rug. It's a lot harder for people to justify working with someone convicted for a sex crime.

Might be too little too late I'm afraid. From the videos I've watched she might have already sprung for the bankers offer in this gooner version of "deal or no deal", and by that I mean I think she took like the cost of lawschool? which might be a decent pay out, but likely no where near $150k.

From his responses in his chat, I think he will try to cobble together some cope manifesto/ video, just to keep some of his audience. Pxie fucked up asking for a lot of money /or/ going to the police since Destiny can set a narrative.

Destiny is a retarded coomer though, having him admit to doing similar shit 10 years ago, admitting doing this to his wife, and his wife claiming she had to do therapy because of it will fuck him, even if he lies about Pxie.

Also, @disastercabbage - if you are being serious, you have an obligation to get in touch with Pxie now. The same goes for any more of Destiny's discord kittens, feel free to sign up and post screenshots or chat logs etc. if Destiny has done this. It will help Pxie (and anyone else) if they want to seek damages from him.
