I actually laughed out loud when I checked his epic meme post about his "legal arc" on his subreddit and someone was spamming that exact screenshot of Destiny going "yeah, I know" under people asking why he didn't address whether or not he sent sexual material without consent lol.

I don't think there's anywhere he can go from there; he's basically admitted it all right there which would obviously come up in any lawsuit.

The DMs seem to indicate his primary concern was criminal charges, which in many jurisdictions require a malicious element. Your intent has to be to intimidate, harass or otherwise embarrass someone when leaking the images.

He probably didn't even consider the potentiality of a civil suit, and now he'll be hung up by his own fucking words.

I think he literally just thinks he can take on the world like he takes on the internet. On some level he thinks he can out argue lawyers over semantics.

I am not a lawyer but here's where my brain goes with this : He's saying "Yeah I know" to not leaking the vids part of the sentence, not the non-consensual part.

I believe what we're seeing is a man for whom consequences were previously things that happened to other people being confronted with the deeply unpleasant reality that he's about to be royally fucked in a way he won't like at all, and has absolutely no idea how to deal with it in any aspect, emotionally, legally, you name it.

I'm taking this as evidence he doesn't actually read this thread, contrary to what much of us (including I) believe. We were talking about the exact law Pxie is now suing under the moment we were able to identify her. The only reason I know of that law was because Null mentioned it in a post that got lost in the crash and rollback.
