i don't think Florida law matters, because rose doesn't live in Florida and the crime would have been committed when she received the message not when destiny sent it, So i think it depends on the law of whatever state rose is in or federal law.

Florida is a 2 party consent state. Merely recording a phonecall without telling the other person you're recording it is a criminal offence.

Edit: destiny is probably on a deleting spree right now- if you start doing that after you know legal action has been initiated that's destroying evidence. I'd love to see chairy make a complaint and tiny have all his devices and hard drives seized.

From Straighterade's DMs it seems that Pxie and Lonerbox might have broken up.

Back on December 15th the above tweet was posted by Wiz, friend of Lonerbox and content creator for the Pondscum Podcast. It's a short video where someone is filming an arcade where another person person seems to be sharing a joke with the filmer. The camera pans back to Lonerbox glued to his phone. Straighterade replied "There are more interesting things than Star Wars." This doesn't really indicate what was happening but it's curious.

At least the situation was volatile, it would be in anything like this, but her threatening suicide probably doesn't help. And from Straighterade DMs to Destiny Pxie was struggling to pay back $147 because her employment situation is weird. She's really pitiable. They can't announce that they were a couple if they've broken up because it makes Lonerbox look bad. She's been on Twitter continuing to spin out and I wouldn't be surprised if Lonerbox catches another stray.

You're probably right but I don't think it matters. The enjoyable aspect is that in Far Left Gooner World, Destiny isn't harmed by cock-sucking leaks any more than he's hurt by lying about Jan 6 or saying all Trump supporters deserve death. He IS hurt by formal sexual abuse allegations regardless where they go from here because his goon cult has to pretend to care about them too.
