Pretty much. She seems insufferable. But also just generally the notion of consensually produced porn designated ex post facto as criminal "revenge porn" seems somewhat dubious to me. Just another reason to ban porn generally I suppose, rendering the matter moot.

Way too many girls really believe guys when they say this will never get out it's just for me/us blah blah blah then start taking pictures/recording. Or the girls are like oh yeah that's hot let's do it and only think about it getting out later (usually after the breakup). They didn't have the intent to distribute it, and didn't consent to it being distributed. That's where the criminal part comes in when it is distributed to hurt someone in the pics/vids.
