That is interesting. Not pretending to be a lawyer but reading the definition of disclose it says "The term "disclose" means to transfer, publish, distribute, or make accessible."
So It feels like you could make the argument that by continuing to give the Rose person the access to his google drive he was actively "making it accessible" to them.
