I agree. Destiny broke the law and anything else about her behaviors and actions is background noise on the legal front.

The sympathy aspect is an element of the online discussion around this and how people around her lose their patience. I think Straighterade screwed her over because Pxie is a bad friend, full of baggage, swinging between thinking of herself as a fem-destiny to being deeply depressed, and not really that bright. Straighterade said she's paying back $147 in installments, lol.
