Yes this is different. With the other stuff it seems like it was either not that immoral just shitty but easy to understand or hard to understand and actually immoral. This is both, everyone can easily understand that secretly recording women and leaking nudes is immoral. Plus if this goes to court unlike all the other drama this will be dragged out for years we could potentially get more damning information in discovery because you know this retard has even more skeletons. So it wll deeply fuck him.

Also as much as he does have sycophants they want to use him as a source or a strong moral position on everything, they want to link back to his sources or his videos and use his arguments on given issues, but if he's known far and wide as the guy who secretly records women and leaks their nudes thats kind of a non starter. So I think a lot of them will just leave steadily based on that.

Finally online content creation is all about growth, if destinys streams are smalller his videos get less views that deranks him in the algo and even if he can maintain, thats just stalling for somone else to take his viewers since the algo will recommend/and in general people prefer growing channels then ones that just stagnate. MrGirl and Lav put up a good fight on the Jstlk stream last night. MrGirl correctly identified that Dan and Ahrelevant were just interested in obfuscating and frankly ran laps around them despite them not letting him get a word in edge-wise.

At one point he invokes the footsoldiers moniker.

It's like some Pavlovian response kicked in once someone joined that they deemed to be a threat to their dick sucking overload. For the most part the stream was boring but the instant mrgirl joined all the points Dan and ahrelevant were making before went right out the window(even though they conformed perfectly with what mrgirl was saying) and the sweeping commenced. The way these people behave is so fucking bizarre.

I don't open the thread for a couple days and I miss huge drama.
I will say, Destiny is by far the most mentally ill person in his community/orbit/universe, whatever you want to call it.

Pretty much the only two people who have comparable cognitive dissonance, lack of self awareness, and self destructive behaviour are Lav and mrgirl, and I still think Destiny actually has them beat, he's just smarter at surviving, he's like a cockroach.

For the people who are debating whether Tiny is having any actual regret, or introspection, regarding any of his actions.
NO. Destiny doesn't think he actually can do any wrong, and he certainly can't empathize with any person, I fully believe that every single time that he has cried on stream (regarding his mom's alzheimer), acting depressed when he was rejected by Lauren, or when Melina left him, it's all been completely performative.
He will never stop having sex with mentally ill women, he will never stop having sex with teenagers, he will never stop recording people without their consent, and he will never stop being a sexpest, because he genuinely doesn't think he's doing anything wrong as he always manages to find a way to justify his own actions.

He is still following/sexting Empathchan, a girl who records herself assaulting random people, spitting on them, calling them niggers/chinks and who calls herself/jokes about being a pedophile, and at the very least jokes about being attracted to prepubescent boys.
This is the type of women with whom he sexts with publicly while at the same time trying to be taken seriously by politicians. A man with so little shame can't change, he's too far gone.

Under the federal statute the maximum damage is $150,000, for the first offense. After the first offense subsequent offenses are prosecuted as felony's and can result in jail time. I'm curious as to how they are going to prosecute this considering their are multiple victims. Is each time he shared these videos without consent considered an offense, or is the first offense the aggregate over a period of time? If multiple victims come out and sue him separately, I would assume each one of those suits would be considered an offense.

I don't think Max is dumb, he just has a very strange stance on morality and a type of reckless honesty. I actually respect mrgirl for his tendency to say exactly what he means without any qualifications. He doesn't shy away from difficult questions, and will answer them directly and honestly regardless of how it may reflect upon his character. Max is a reprehensible human being in many ways, but at the end of the day he is honest about it, and in the streaming community having personal integrity is a rare quality. Tiny is just a lying disingenuous snake that will deceive, deflect, and obfuscate until people lose interest.

Don't really disagree, he's just extremely mentally ill, and has a god complex.
Destiny actually cares about his brand surviving because Destiny associates his fame with getting pussy. Max doesn't care about anything else other than feeling superior to everyone around him, he does that by pretending that his morals are superior and that most people are just too dumb to "get it".

I actually think Max and Lav are smarter than Destiny, Destiny is just completely focused on his money and fame, again, to get pussy.
