A settled lawsuit beats no lawsuit. Just like if he takes a light plea deal over the Chaery charges that would beat never being charged.
Taken to the cleaners civilly and prison time for the criminal suit would obviously be best, especially if he wastes the rest of his money on failed appeals. But better something than nothing.
A few things that really stuck out to me in Aba’s response was saying Steven is a very unserious person. He doesn’t take his relationships seriously or his career and it’s all very juvenile which is very on point for me. I mean how many times do people in this thread have to remind themselves and others that this is a 36yr old with a teenage son. People may think he’s a big brain out there in the “political intellectual” sphere (I don’t) but his personal sphere and his management of it is that of a teenager.
It’s very true as well for him to say if you have political aspirations or just public ones you don’t do shit like this, you’ve either got to clean your personal shit up or hide it very, very well (which he can never do at this point) because opposition looks for this shit to bury you with. Ok, so after commenting in the thread the other day that his twitter following may represent who is currently standing with him, Tiny decided to unfollow a few more users (someone logged it some pages back), I take that as his confirmation so let's analyze:

This is my speculation on it. (Please don't use the autistic reaction on this reply, it would hurt my feelings and would have bad dreams about it / ruminate on it while taking a shit later today)

Lonerbox later joins and it becomes this cringe "tell me how a real man should act" sort of thing.
Now, I'm not saying that Lonerbox isn't right, that it's better for the court to deal with Tiny, and that the performative streams people have been doing are meaningless.
HOWEVER, I will say that Destiny has indeed caught on to that Lonerbox wasn't/isn't being as aggressive as people would have expected.
"Lonerbox is fair" For the untrained person this might seem like a normal comment that Lonerbox is being impartial and is handling it how people should handle it, but imo. This is Tiny both showing that he's glad of how Lonerbox's stream went, and likely trying to sprinkle his little manipulation so Lonerbox isn't aggressive against him in the future.
Lonerbox although he had already hinted in previous streams that he dislikes Tiny, his main focus of yesterday stream really wasn't Tiny.
Pxie is also STILL talking to Erudite, who for self preservation purposes both wants Destiny's career to survive and for her to appear like she wasn't trying to protect Tiny in the past from the allegations.
And Destiny's wishes are coming true, both Lonerbox and Pxie seem to be showing more blatant hate and despise for President Sunday, than Destiny himself.
Everything is going accorting to what Tiny would prefer would happen.
