Plaintiff can request a gag-order, which can be done when the defendant is shown to be capable of influencing the jury pool or other causing other disruptions to the case. She could also request a voir dire process which applies extra protections to jury selection, given the publicity of this case both of these options are possible.

He may attempt to make it seem like there was "implied consent" to share these types of materials with each other. He is alleging that Pxie sent him videos of her with other men, and that those men didn't have Pxie's consent to send those, therefore what he did was benign and harmless. He's alleging Pxie did the same thing as him, and that should morally cancel it out.

Tiny is streaming right now talking about the case, if anyone wants to clip, I'm going to have to go back and 2x it from the beginning.

It's clear at this point that his only strategy is to make the victims look as bad as him so that people will be like "Well everybody was an asshole in this situation" and he can continue to have a streaming career. I don't think paying even millions of dollars matters to him as long as he can continue to have a million-plus dollar career as a streamer.

Destiny being such a master debater should do a research stream to formulate his defense and OWN the judge with FACTS and LOGIC. Just utterly dominate the judge (who let's face it probably loves God is probably a Chud). Who needs a lawyer when you have the power of REDDIT and LIBERALISM on your side.

Please Destiny 🙏, if you see this you can 200% pull this off.

Pxie sent him shit featuring herself and other guys. I think he's just making it up, otherwise this attack by highlighting her supposed hypocrisy would've came out a lot sooner. I think he'll take the gloves off with the language he uses now since Pxie is taking him to court for real and he can't weasel his way out of it by getting her to settle out of court.

He has gatekept his community and fanbase, continually runs massive damage control operations to maintain his relevancy

He is a deadbeat father, has wrecked the lives of countless young women, and has faced ZERO consequences for his actions.

This is a sign of something happening that he HAS to feel. He can't run away to his discord when he's in that court room, he's going to have to face this alone.

It's been a long time coming and this is better than all the Trump news lately, I hope these young women reclaim control over their lives by putting this abuser away for good.

Pixie's Lawyers should be able to file a subpoena to Discord and pull the deleted messages. Considering they backup every message sent on their app one would be able to validate everything requested if the person in question is correct.
