The last line is the important bit. She was okay with a lot of things, with implicit consent. This entire part is so weird because it has nothing to do with right or wrong or even the letter of the law. If someone's recorded private sex videos before, that does not mean that anything goes.
It's basically 5 paragraphs to say, "hey, she's a whore! who cares? am I right boys?".
She also seems to have lied about previous stuff to others, so this could make her look untrustworthy when she claims she never consented (idk how much this is worth in court tho)
