Legal Mindset is saying the Destiny public statement is reading as a prelude to a kiwifarms lawsuit. That would be DOA, I assume? Between section 230, the first amendment, and the revenge porn law public interest exceptions, I don't see how Destiny could win any lawsuit against the farms. Could Destiny subpoena the farms for info of the user who posted the leaks? That seems far less clear cut one way or the other than suing the farms directly

Destiny's lawsuit against the farms is nothing more than a virtue signal. Dan, his kike best friend, has already told him as much, that it's pointless.

Destiny doesn't expect to win a lawsuit against the site, he just wants to use the lawsuit as proof of him being a VICTIM. So his behaviour of spreading revenge porn can't be weaponized against him.
Everytime it gets weaponized against him he will bring up "I WAS THE MAIN VICTIM, I WAS THE ONLY VICTIM WILLING TO SUE THE SITE".

Once he sues the site there will be articles made, and his Footsies will be able to replace the legal/sexual allegations section in his Wikipedia page for that instead. And paint him as a victim.

In the past I’ve never followed the whacky world of leftist streamers because I always knew that they were degenerates who hated on Christians, traditional family values, and other sordid activities. So criticizing them from a moralistic POV never made sense.

However this is a different case. Since leftists allegedly believe all women and support feminism, seeing Tiny, who mind you “championed” for years that the right was a bunch of misogynistic incels who hated women turns out to be the serial abuser of various women over the course of years.

It reminds me of when Nick Fuentes was exposed for his Catboy fetishes back in 2020 during his date with CatboyKami. People applied right wing positions on Fuentes when they critiqued him & it did begin a years-long arc of decline for Fuentes.

I had little exposition to Destiny besides his appearance on Piers Morgan and the debate on Jordan Peterson’s podcast. The first impression I got was that there was something wrong with the guy, I just couldn’t exactly pinpoint what was it. It didn’t help that he looked like an alcoholic, sleep-deprived bum next to clean-shaven and/or groomed (no pun intended) people wearing suits.

Fast-forward to a few months later, and I read the messages he exchanged with some of these women, his Grindr escapades and the recordings. I’m far from a prude, but some of that stuff was just beyond filthy degeneracy. All of this coming from a guy who preached moral grandstanding over everyone else.

He deserves every single bit of this comeuppance.
