"When I get them" This means she doesn't have said videos yet, and that she has to ask for them, in any fucking court room this gives reasonable doubt to the statements because if she's asking to get the videos in the first place why wouldn't she ask if she could share them too. He can remained methed up and claim he dindunuffin and send his goons to constantly harass Pxie for longer than she can remain sane (with the hopes she kills herself, or does something stupid that fucks her case). He'll use thuggish tactics to intimidate and bully people into silence by being as obnoxious as possible and fill the information space with so much misinformation, that the women would think twice before suing him because they'll have to deal with his bullshit for around 3 years.

One problem it's not about avoiding litigation it's about getting the most time to smoke meth before its hard to get in prison and you get ass raped every day (which also may be a goal for destiny) but also removes the possibility for a meth pocket in prison
