This requires the defendant to actually get a lawyer to negotiate an NDA and settlement. We know for a long time Steven was just using people like NSE to try to do that on the cheap. Multiple lawtubers believe Destiny is acting like he still doesn't have actual legal representation. Destiny has previously said on stream in multiple unrelated situations that he's smarter than lawyers.

Not that we should take lawtuber opinions as a fact, however it is very plausible that Destiny still does not have a lawyer with an interest in negotiating a pre trial settlement which is really required for Pxie to have the option of settling.

Whether or not Pxie is retarded doesn't mean that at any point Destiny was ever willing to give her even "300k" as you stated to resolve this situation.

The most lawyerly advice you can give to a friend going through a legal issue is to tell them to talk to an attorney who specializes or has experience in that legal issue.

DGG has the viewpoint of people who don't know anything about the practice of law. It's like if you have a problem with the foundation in your house so you go to your engineer friend who works in computer engineering to ask them about the issue. Does the friend know a bit about the physics of the issue? Probably. But only enough to say "go talk to someone who actually knows about this area, not me."

Destiny wants to have someone disbarred for giving "advice" that probably amounted to looking up a couple of statutes online and saying to talk to a lawyer who practices civil litigation.
