Prince Andrew ended up settling with the victim with multi-million dollar settlement.

I also think since he is an E-Celeb Pxie's lawyers have more skin in the game. A W for them would get them quite a bit of notoriety.

Is she still bitching about Russia? Someone needs to let her know that Putin's manifesto has 100% vindicated him. He said that Ukraine overthrew a pro-Russian government, so consent for overthrowing governments was reasonably understood by both parties. But now Ukraine and the states behind her want ₴1.5 trillion in reparations for Russia trying to overthrow Zelensky? What a crazy gold digger.

This is easily one of the strongest criticisms of Erudite's behavior, and my nigga Kuihman is the only one who's PLUGGED IN enough to call it out:

As soon as Pxie mentions Destiny facing some kind of punishment, she immediately switches up to "oh, I need to think about that". She 100% wanted to go down the route of "uwu he's just such a traumatised little boy, I can save him, he just needs help"

Florida man chiming in to say that Bilzin Sumberg is a legit Miami (local) Biglaw firm (ie. partners could be charging $1k+ an hour, largeish headcount, etc.). Not familiar with Destiny's other lawyers, but Bilzin is considered top tier in a lot of transactional practices. Not familiar with these particular folks as litigators, but he's shelling out some big bucks.

Worth also mentioning that Pixie's lead firm (SMGQ law) is also a very well-respected local firm, albeit a boutique one. Good litigators, politically connected (not that the second part is relevant here).

Worth highlighting that, again, Pxie is not very good at this (not to quote Destiny lol). She hasn't posted any updates to her givesendgo apart from one edit to say a bunch of other girls reached out to her. She hasn't posted updates about actually filing the case, but there's a chance that might be because she's "Jane Doe"? I honestly have no fucking idea:

My offer of $2500 if she manages to work in a DGG footsoldier reference in a filing is still on the table. I know it's not that much in the grand scheme of a legal battle, but I think it's fair considering I'm basically asking for a throwaway sentence in a larger statement.

These lawyers make a ton of sense if you're:

1) actually famous
2) facing accusations without a lot of supporting evidence.

He said/she said sexual harassment accusation? Sure, get the attack dog PR style lawyers. But Destiny's already provably guilty AND he's already confessed to it. Is this really the right play?

Unless he thinks the attack dog lawyers will intimidate Pxie into dropping the suit, which I hope doesn't happen.
