ATTENTION
Special rules for the Destiny thread.
  • Don't engage footsoldiers. Whiteknights do not need 100 responses to every bait post; exercise restraint. Do not give attention to people who join and bomb the thread with negative reactions.
  • Practice harm reduction. Read our prudent poster's guide.
  • Don't write open letters to Destiny. It is very annoying attention seeking behavior. Just write normal posts.
What did Pisco say? whats Destiny ranting about?
Pisco first defended Hasan's story of getting detained while getting into the US a couple months ago, and now he's against Ethan Klein, explaining how deranged this "trap" that he set up is and how it's a joke.

Kike Saltman, and "The Raped" have taken great offense to both those positions.

People in this thread are used to him doing this kind of shit, but this is actually insane lmao. He can't even cope like the "genocide gaza" clip and say it's out of context or anything, this is the kind of clip that will be shared by normies.

Thank you for your service. It's funny that she finally admitted that it's over, but she's still delusional enough to think someone would buy "Bridges" lmao. It's also funny that I can't find anywhere else talking about it, the announcement was already a couple of days old before I posted it here.

The account Destiny vs Destiny is back again (this is the account Hasan replied to a few days ago). Reposting his videos here, the one about Palestine is a personal highlight:

edit: It's also worth mentioning that the magistrate judge will surely make his decision on the injunction this week. Reminder that nobody expects most (if any of it) to be granted, and if it gets denied that doesn't mean the entire case is over. Destiny will celebrate regardless of the outcome, and the mythical transcript being sealed has actually benefitted him because he's hyped it up so much. Some footsoldiers think he's already won the case and that it's actually concluded based on how much he's been gloating.
Destiny alway go in a rent on people behavior and biais that alway apply to him more, alway projection.

DGGers are so ass blasted about it under his comments, accusing him of trying to cozy up to leftists, primarily because he's been spending time talking to straighterade. The cunts who screech endlessly about purity testing on the left are mad because Pisco is trying to honestly engage with other leftists, lmao.

Sorry little niggas but Pisco has no reason to die on the Destiny ship. Pisco actually finished college and practiced law. I would trust him to know much more about the law than your favorite meth head college dropout who is currently being sued.

Plaintiff Jane Doe’s Reply in Support of Motion for Protective Order Governing Public Commentary by Trial Participants

GPT-4.1 Summary:
Purpose:
Jane Doe is replying to Steven K. Bonnell II’s (Defendant’s) opposition to her motion for a protective order that would restrict trial participants’ (including both parties and their counsel) public statements about the case.

Key Points Made by Plaintiff:

1. The Order Is Not an Asymmetric “Gag”:

  • Plaintiff argues the suggested protective order is narrowly tailored and applies to all trial participants, not just Defendant.
  • Restrictions would cover only public speech that threatens, disparages, or intimidates parties, lawyers, or witnesses, as well as the disclosure of sealed/confidential information and misrepresentations about filings.
2. Evidence of Harm:
  • Plaintiff asserts there is concrete evidence that Defendant has:
    • Threatened and disparaged witnesses and Plaintiff.
    • Disclosed Plaintiff’s sealed identity.
    • Published private communications.
    • Created an atmosphere where multiple potential witnesses have declined to participate out of fear (of doxxing, retaliation, and violence).
  • Plaintiff cites specific examples, including explicit violent language allegedly used by Defendant on public streams, and attacks on the credibility of Plaintiff and her attorneys to his large online audience.
3. Applicable Legal Standard:
  • Plaintiff points to the “substantial likelihood of material prejudice” test (Gentile v. State Bar of Nevada) and related case law, arguing the standard for restricting trial participants’ speech (as opposed to the press) is met.
  • She distinguishes the facts of her case from those cited by Defendant, stressing that the high-profile/lurid nature of the allegations, and Defendant’s streaming platform reach, create real and ongoing prejudice.
4. Alternative Remedies Inadequate:
  • Plaintiff responds that voir dire, jury instructions, and basic discovery protective orders would not protect against harm already occurring—namely, intimidation and loss of witnesses at the pre-trial stage.
5. Defendant’s Speech vs. Plaintiff’s:
  • Plaintiff claims her own public statements have been factual, respectful, procedural, and haven’t deterred witnesses or included confidential material.
  • She states Defendant profits from the case publicity and uses public commentary for intimidation; in contrast, her public comments include things like a fundraising effort, which Defendant also does via his platforms.
6. No Infringement on Right to Defend:
  • Plaintiff argues the protective order does not restrict Defendant’s ability to defend himself in court or file pleadings; it targets only speech that undermines the fairness and integrity of the proceedings.
7. Urgency and Broader Context:
  • Plaintiff emphasizes the high-profile nature of the dispute given Defendant’s online presence and media coverage, arguing the risk and harm are greater than in typical civil cases.
Relief Sought:
Plaintiff asks the court to grant her motion and enter the proposed protective order restricting harmful public commentary by all trial participants. She also asks the court to strike Defendant’s unsupported statements from the record, admonish Defendant’s counsel for bad faith, and consider sanctions.

In Short:
Plaintiff is reiterating and expanding the argument that Defendant’s ongoing public commentary is actively harming the case—by threatening witnesses and deterring their participation—and that only a balanced, narrowly tailored protective order will address this harm. She disputes that such an order would be unconstitutional or unfair, and says alternative remedies are insufficient. Plaintiff presents the dispute as important both as a matter of legal process and because of high public attention.

Plaintiff Jane Doe’s Reply in Support of Motion for Protective Order Governing Public Commentary by Trial Participants

Thank you!

While it is sane making to read these responses to tiny's feverish nonsense, there were a couple interesting things I noticed.

20250623_131822.webp
They responded to tiny's bitching about the gofundme. But in tiny's case, while he tries to fund his legal battle, we also get a bunch more embarrassing and incriminating clips. And swallowing sounds.

20250623_131850.webp
Ooo, what's this?

20250623_131910.webp
From this aggregated AI slop:
"Rule 11, governs the signing of pleadings, motions, and other papers submitted to the court, and it includes provisions for sanctions. It requires that attorneys and parties certify that their submissions are not presented for an improper purpose, are warranted by existing law or a nonfrivolous argument, and have evidentiary support".

Remember my question about how any of tiny's insane DGG tier slop gets signed by his lawyers? Seems Pxie's lawyers are also wondering. This shameless back and forth must be so annoying for Pxie. Good thing her "family friend connections" keep her nice and flush while tiny pays 20k per opposition.

Destiny wanting to put jstlk and Kuihman's "balls in a vice [...] and then slice their dick off," is now part of legal record. S/o @Code Cave:
Just to follow on from this, there is a more graphic threat in the same video that nobody ever seems to mention:

Call me f-ing crazy but isn't the harm supposed to be directly and personally to her from the leaks and exposure of her lie to begin with of never being with him sexually or wanting to because "friends"?

I don't agree with tactics of intimidation of witnesses but don't you need actual proof and if proven an additional charge? Not it harms me that people said one thing privately and then did another by not wanting to go on record potentially committing perjury if they did so. Given the nature of group sex orgy switch partner exchange videos culture they had going on...he was just the gooning idiot that liked to record to relive the moment lol. It was "safe" because she didn't want it known to conflict her good girl image.

Maybe it's me but harm is supposed to be this leak cost me income...not other kids in the sandbox are now kicking dirt on me and my feelings are hurt. I do feel she blew it up more for attention, doxing I thought was considered your full name address number not pointing out he said your first name.
The harm seems the offense that I agree with in the leaks I've said before, not people after I drew attention to it made fun of me. Speculation is not confirmation and I don't think anyone speculated it was her until she confirmed it and then it was yup look at those shoulder moles.

Saying he released "private" text lol yall "work" in a drama mongering for entertainment sphere. You mean released after she made her narrative known not beforehand. Then it's slanderous for her. Like being caught in the lie with the video release? I hate the disrespect of those who trusted him to make such intimate videos but at same time she in particular lied in a as long as I get something but don't want no one to know.

Like if videos are supposedly in her case from 2020/2021 when did she begin streaming and him bringing her on mentioning her? Because I think I watched his streams more regularly in 2022/2023 and thought she was one of his established fuckfriends but then she came out with that lav denial of ever being into/with him [vindicated].

They both muddy the waters to bias public opinion because that's their job.

This nigga is just so damn ugly. Receding hairline, thinning facial hair highlighting multiple chins, and he got tired of having eyebrows. He looks like a malnourished Neanderthal.
Destiny's face is another example in favor of physiognomy-truthers: he 100% fits the archetype of a slithering, slimy leftist who'll do anything to get some of the most pathetic sexual gratification possible; and he'll rape your children.
It's also funny that I can't find anywhere else talking about it, the announcement was already a couple of days old before I posted it here.
you'd think there'd be something on their YouTube page, where most people consume the podcast, but nothing. the last community post is from 4+ months ago, and two of the last three are in regards to Destiny's sexpest tendencies coming (more) to light:
Screenshot 2025-06-23 112742.webp

tangent, and maybe this is late, but I was looking at Destiny's hollow Instagram and found him hanging out with Pakman in 2020:
88339068_2608645792728037_6549145510819955378_n (1).webp
really makes you wonder how much "better" his life would be right now if he had any meaningful amount of self-control to keep his phimosis dick in his pants: he could've been the #1 most popular, most well-respected leftist streamer; he could've had Lauren Southern as his Aryan queen; he could've had much more Jewish money than he has already received; and he could've defeated the evil Trump by now -- but alas :(. I also wonder what Destiny and Pakman were thinking in that very moment...

Hahah, remember when Destiny was conspiring to murder a 16 year old kid and his family. He had his address and had streets mapped out. Zany stuff!

Bonus one of him bragging about choking out his ex wife. Hmm, he sure is talking really loudly and laughing a lot. Do you guys REALLY think Destiny would choke out his wife or is he just being a heckin epic sarcastic jokster meme god here? It's so hard to tell! Destiny is a VERY funny person with a DARK sense of humor, after all!

Anyway, I just wanted to bring attention to these videos again for no particular reason. Maybe we have some new lurkers in here who haven't seen these videos yet. They certainly paint a disturbing picture of Destiny's character and tendency towards promoting violence on his stream. But that's just my opinion, it's just baseless speculation. :)

Reminder that the girl who sent me the audios specifically stated that the reason why she didn't want to get involved, or provide the screenshots of Destiny admitting that he was going to secretly record Chaeiry, was because she was scared of Destiny's retaliation.

So yes, Destiny PURPOSELY is trying, and has succeeded, in intimidating witnesses who have damning evidence against him. He's deranged, mentally ill and I think something should happen to him, but I'm unable to write it down.
However, I will say: if anyone deserved to be raped, it's him. And I'm glad it happened! A random rapist 26 years ago gave us, what I think is, the greatest lolcow that keeps on giving.

"What a deranged thing to say" yeah, sue me nigga. This dude is genuinely an ephebophile, and I'm 100% confident that he has slept with underaged fans due to his strategy of never asking for age, since he believes it's morally neutral to fuck kids then, as he has explained to great detail.
He purposely goes and gives talks to High Schools to get even more teenagers in his DMs.

He's genuinely evil, no one will ever make me ashamed of thinking this nigga deserved what happened to him.

Somehow they managed to mangle the URL and remove a dash. Proper link:
I've been meaning to ask about this for a while. Now, I would never say anything disparaging about Pxie's very competent and experienced lawyers, however some of the URLs in the filings don't work. Sometimes they fuck up the link by adding punctuation to it or something, but it's happened a couple of times. Does anyone know if the judge just emails them like "yo this link is fucked can you send me the actual one?" or is there a more formal process? Or does the judge just discount the whole thing if the link doesn't work?
Destiny wanting to put jstlk and Kuihman's "balls in a vice [...] and then slice their dick off," is now part of legal record. S/o @Code Cave:
Another great point made by Pxie's lawyers!

Additionally, there is yet another quote from that on-the-record interview that Destiny did, knowing it would be published on WillyMac's youtube channel:
For JSTLK and Kuihman, I'd kill them if I could. I'd show up at their fucking the house and do it. Bro, I swear to God, if I quit streaming I'm going toing go on an assassination mission, okay ? These people are going to start disappearing one at a time

Hahah, remember when Destiny was conspiring to murder a 16 year old kid and his family. He had his address and had streets mapped out. Zany stuff!
A timely reminder that Destiny still defends his actions here, and his justification is the kid was costing Destiny money:

even if you state that you've lost over $5,000 in business, so I never had anything there. So I guess if you put yourself in my position, I'm pretty much being forced out of work by a person at their leisure for whatever reason, and I'm just losing thousands and thousands of dollars. I can't pay my bills–I never got that bad where I couldn't pay my bills, but like, I'm losing thousands and thousands of dollars, I can't work, I know where the kid lives, I know all of his information, I've contacted his parent and his dad won't do anything to stop him, so yeah, I got pretty fucking irritated. I don't know if like this is comparable to like rape or some other type of like aggravated assault, but–not even, because at least in those cases you can go and find somebody to help you. But I was completely out of luck here, I would just have to sit in my house and watch my internet connection get roasted every single day. I wasn't able to stream, it wasn't right.

Destiny has said in court filings that he has lost over $300,000 because of this case:
1750706320021.webp

He still thinks he was justified in killing a child over $5,000. Using his own logic, he should be mapping out where Pxie lives too, right? Scary times!

Would love to hear the context!!

Once again, sunlight shines upon destiny, and healthy brained people who have investment in civilized society are disgusted. This clip might be taken "out of context" but nothing can take tiny out of this optics nightmare.

It's also funny to see how many people refer to the lawsuit and have already decided he is a sex pest. It's like the thing everyone knows him for.

Also what's the genocide Gaza thing? It just sounds like his opinion.

Good morning fellow A-Loggers, it seems our cow has been building up his milk stores in my hours asleep. Perfect accompaniment for my morning oats.

God surely wants to make sure pride month ends with a bang. He has supplied us with Quasimetho who is like a deranged piñata, poke him a bit then entertaining seething, coping and flailing ensues, for all our enjoyment.

I don’t know how anyone can take physical threats from Zorgstiny seriously. Like just give the little guy a wedgie, slap him around a bit and then finish off with a swirly. He only makes large threats because hes a small incapable worm.

I personally think that DGG should brand themselves in Solidarity as they are the Goonpa Loompas to Destiny’s Willy Wonky. It’s totally not because I think there should be an easy way to physically identify these deranged cunts.

A couple of big accounts spread the clip; the one TheOmniRaped retweeted here managed to rack up 25k likes, 5.6k RTs, and 1.3m impressions within ~11 hours alone.

At this point, you can see how tired he is from the constant rape and humiliation by the weak-ass "out-of-context" defense he tries to muster here. He mostly got more rape in the comments, besides the few footsies CodeCave showed.

Guess what, little fudge packer, it won't get better from here on. Deal with it. So, next time you clean your weapons on stream, make sure they're properly loaded and perform the obligatory one-eyed barrel inspection while executing the trigger flexibility test.

*Edit:
Of course, the Mike from PA guy had to chime in with an international law analysis.

"Honestly, I'm pro genocide"

I think he's responding to a hypothetical here, so that's the "heh, that's out of context :smug: " cope for that clip. That doesn't exist for this clip though. He is explicitly addressing people who are in or will be in the IDF, in Israel, and telling them not to document one of the many war crimes IDF soldiers regularly record themselves doing.

Abby should have followed his advice to be honest! If you're going to snoop around his unlocked computer (and butt plugs?), do not send pictures on snapchat of you doing it!

Plaintiff Jane Doe’s Reply in Support of Motion to File Redacted Evidence in Support of the Declaration of Abbymc and for Leave to File Under Seal

GPT-4.1 Summary:
This document is Jane Doe’s reply in support of her motion to file redacted evidence (specifically, a screenshot of a text message) corroborating the declaration of “Abbymc” in support of her motion for a preliminary injunction against Steven K. Bonnell II. Doe argues that the defendant’s attempt to exclude this evidence is unfounded and “frivolous.”

Key points:

1. The Evidence Is Not New. Doe asserts the text message in question was referenced in Abbymc’s declaration, which was filed well before the evidentiary hearing. Doe claims this is simply corroborative evidence, not an untimely or late submission.

2. Procedural Fairness. Doe points out that the defendant had ample notice of Abbymc’s declaration and did not subpoena or depose her, waiving any right to later object on those grounds.

3. Legal Arguments. Doe emphasizes that hearsay rules are relaxed in the preliminary injunction context, and such corroborative materials are proper.

4. Rebuttal of Defendant’s Claims. Doe counters the argument that the evidence is inadmissible or that Abbymc “refused to testify,” highlighting no party requested her testimony and that defendant failed to take any steps to compel her appearance.

5. Waiver. Doe claims that Bonnell’s failure to act regarding Abbymc’s declaration and the underlying evidence constitutes a waiver of his objections.

6. Relief Requested. Doe asks the court to grant her motion to file the redacted exhibit (the text message screenshot) and permit the unredacted version to be filed under seal.

In short: Doe is pushing back on attempts to exclude key corroborating evidence supporting Abbymc’s declaration, maintaining it was timely and procedurally proper, and urges the court to accept it as part of the record.

If I'm reading this correctly, Destiny's lawyers said they subpoenaed Abby and Pxie's lawyers are saying "no you didn't"...?

That seems a bit odd.

So do we know who is telling the truth?

And why would one party lie about this lol.
