Why do you think that? The abby message makes it pretty clear he broke the statute. Do you think that's not enough and it hinges on the deleted messages?

I've seen a few people (including lawtubers) say that they should amend the complaint and that was before the Abby thing. If she was on stream they didn't talk about the leaks as far as I know. Maybe JSTLK did actually have Chaeiry on stream constantly crying about how Destiny raped her and I missed it, I normally just click through his VODs.

Under Destiny's definition (tbf, I haven't actually listened to his entire argument, just like one sentence he said so maybe I'm being retarded) me clicking on a KF user's profile with the intent to look at their history on the site for a potentially malicious or critical purpose is "doxing"... Obviously, intent is necessary, but not sufficient.

It's interesting to see Destiny claim that he's the least manipulative person in the world, and that no one can provide any evidence of him ever manipulating a soul. At the same time, his ex-wife speaks almost daily about how those were some of the worst years of her life, how he is an abusive person, and how he will always continue the cycle of harming people.

I don't have a clip handy, but he's also started to rewrite the ending of their relationship. Last week on stream, he said, "I have nothing against Melina, some people grow apart and the relationship ends." While she regularly claims on stream that he is a highly abusive person, that she was mentally stuck with him, and how much therapy she had to do to get over how much he had traumatized her.
