It's likely that the only reason Kirsche was pretending to be friendly with him in the first place was because after her first encounters with the negative and needy black hole that is Synth she quickly recognized what a potentially dangerous and even psycho situation that connection could devolve into so she attempted to placate him with occasional conversation and attention to keep it under control instead of just cutting off all contact immediately. This strategy is never a good idea, especially for women. If what rats says is true then I am honestly surprised that she didn't block him first, maybe she felt pity for him (bad idea) or is just extra patient.
