This is a script blocking thing, because Brave hasn't fixed the bug where it always considers HTTP insecure even when you're accessing an .onion URL over Tor. There should be a little shield icon in the address bar that you can click to tell it to run the "unsafe scripts" and then it'll work just fine.Edit: Tor only works with the kiwifarms.net address for me, using the .onion address got me stuck at the anti-DDOS (haproxy-protection not KiwiFlare) screen. After several minutes I went "nuts to that" so I couldn't tell you if it was stuck in a loop or would have connected given enough time.
.onion over Tor is secure by design, so HTTP vs. HTTPS is an absolutely meaningless difference in this context.
Looks like Opera does too. So it'll work either when I'm using Tor over Brave or Opera's VPN. Nice.FYI
The newer versions of BRAVE has a built in RSS reader. They call it "news".
You can enable news and add a RSS feed as source. When you open a new tab look at the bottom right for customize. You have to enable news and then make sure you unfollow all the MSM crap.
