Seems like they're actually attacking the DNS servers instead of the site.

Unless the site is actually using round robin DNS it seems like it might be helpful to increase the DNS TTL.

Looks like avatars have crapped out for me. The ones that did display are gone after I refreshed my cache.

ETA: This doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I can see everyone's avatars again, and suspect that I may have encountered a moment of weakness where troonanigans got through.

Seems like it's intermittent. Some images aren't loading.

I think it's on pages with chat which still tries to use http://....onion links for the profile pictures.

You're right, if you load the main page it will be secured but the second you scroll to chat it's unsecured.

A minor nitpick but sneedchat doesn't show profile pictures on sneed.today.

Avatars work fine on TOR it seems.

Edge mobile makes adding the chat components to the block list a royal pita. It doesn't let you add URLs to the block list directly and I can't press and hold the chat to add it manually.

If you're on android, try using Mull and install ublock origin. If you're on ios, get an android phone.

For some reason sneed.today was down for like 5 minutes but it's working again. Glad I didn't have to use the TOR version again.
