For what little it's worth, I cannot reproduce what Josh is seeing. I compared notes with Kees H and he also can't see any issues with .st resolution.

Basically the question is whether authoritative nameservers for the "st." zone return the authoritative nameservers for kiwifarms.st. and they do. So it's my belief they haven't actually flipped the switch on the forum yet.
