I've tried this on desktop and it didn't work, but ironically my phone accessed the Telegram archive just fine yesterday without doing anything. Now both won't load today so I'm guessing it'll be down for a bit.

While reading a thread, in real-time, I suddenly started failing to resolve with both the .tw domain and Telegram archive on my home network. Refreshing DNS cache didn't fix it. Is this an issue with the site or should I suspect my ISP of foul play? If it's the latter, I am going to be unreasonably pissed off and will make a customer service rep's life hell for this.
