  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
I do, but our hosting situation is so unique i can't really automate it unless I write a script manually.
I had a feeling this would be the case. Being unavailable for less than a day on the clear-web every so often doesn't really warrant spending too much time on a script. Especially given how surprisingly fast the site is on Tor.
I don't know what else it would be than this..

I wouldn't post screenshots from the certificate view if you value your op-sec. The timestamps actually leak the timezone you are in.

Alright, took it off. Thanks, not a big deal really since it's not 'real' but might as well not show, good advice.

Just wondering if we are being DDoSed as of this post? Site has been unstable for most of the last three hours or so for me, timing out when posting, navigating threads, editing or using reacts. Could be nothing but was just wondering.

This is likely a known problem but there are times when clicking on the list to see the users who reacted to a post (I.E, "user, user, user, and 4 others reacted), it doesn't show the list. The only way to view the list is to open it in a new tab. Is there a possibility this could be fixed?

This.. Goes for just about everything dynamically loaded. From in-post images to sometimes even "watch" and other buttons. Thankfully just the stickers are the most common and worst. (~50/50) But images are close behind.

During a DDOS attack the other day, I tried to connect using the Brave Tor browser, but forgot to turn it on and ended up trying to access it via Brave regular. The page told me that the farms was blocked. Then I remembered to get into the tor half and it went through, although since DDOS was still in effect it was error 504 openresty or some stuff.
Is this all because of the Brave software dispute with @Null ?

I'm also not blocked. Could it be an issue with your country? I'm in the US and it's fine.

there is no filter on the router, it's MY router.

What DNS servers are you using? Could you send a screenshot of the blocked page you are seeing?
It sounds like your ISP is censoring farms, Brave doesn't block any website (except their built in adblocker, while a false positive of this magnitude is unlikely, you could try disabling it and trying again).

If you try to go to any Onion URL via Brave without enabling Tor, it will give you an "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" message. I assume Brave blocks these to prevent a DNS request from going out over clearnet, which could be spoofed or used to leak that you're trying to access an Onion site.

I don't think that Brave itself, as a browser has any ability to block any websites without some configuration from the user.

Sometimes during the DDOS attacks I get a warning saying that the HTTPS certificate is invalid or something along those lines. I usually just go to kiwifarms.net and get the warning during the redirect to .st. This is on the official tor browser, don't remember having it happen on Brave but I imagine it could happen

Never had an issue while the site was running fine, including right now. Generally use clearnet over tor via brave private window with tor which is what I'm using now, but standard window loaded fine too
