This sounds more like Kraut Rock than Doom Metal. Try this band, CAMERA:

I mean, I get why a band that has literally the SS runes in it's logo and swastikas and SS deathheads everywhere would end up on such a meme or garner a fan base of right wingers. Especially when this band doesn't do any interviews or official statements. But that's kind of their charme; not giving any fucks.

And Motörhead is surely a band even left and right wingers and everyone else can agree on bc their music is just fucking awesome.

But throughout my life I have only seen the dumpest motherfuckers claiming Motörhead to be an evil right wing band bc of Lemmy's militaria hobby and them using some insignias here and there. But Lemmy cleared things up quite often and said pretty straight forward that he thinks racism and nazism is for idiots and stuff like that. I have been on a few Motörhead gigs and you literally see every sort of Rock adjacent people there. Skinheads, punks, metal heads, Dad/classic Rock guys, etc.

It was a Hawkwind side band with Robert Calvert Lemmy and Brian Eno
But yeah I like different stuff, I like how the the stuff on this channel https://www.youtube.com/@DEATHFETISH has keyboards and synths but also reminds me of the kind of psych bands that came out of the doom scene (like some are on older uploads of that other Beefart channel) and is also very metal in ways the more stoner type stuff lacks. That's how I found Edelweiss and other bands after checking out BMSS there.

Lair of the Minotaur, a metal band themed on ancient mythology, recently released a new song and some remasters. Frankly the new song is uninspired and generic but it made me want to post their four albums here, from 2004 to 2010. I like them all.

I've finally returned to post here after a long hiatus and I come to share an altternative band I've been into for a number of years now.



BREAK ME DOWN's former vocalist left shortly after the release of their first album and they took in Veronica Driven. When she first joined her voice was all over the place and there was a long period of inactivity from the band until sometime around the tail end of 2022 when they began releasing new singles and as of October a new album and you can tell that they spent more time improving their skills.

Well that last video sounds like the most generic shit I have heard in a while, so I am intrigued as to that they used to sound like.

Also, its a rock band, not really metal (no riffs, simple 8 string single notes for chords, shitty pad VSTi, etc)
