Can you be voluntarily chemically castrated?

I've been considering it. I don't want a sex drive anymore. But it is largely only given to sex offenders.

You'd be hard pressed to find a surgeon willing to do it. Have you talked to a therapist about it?

No. It's a recent impulse, largely because
I'm a coomer with no GF success.
Why would I need a surgeon? I thought it was a doctor's prescription?

I don't know if a regular doctor can prescribe that. Not to be that guy, but it just sounds like you need to work on your relationship issues and figure our why you're running into issues. Castration just because you can't find a girlfriend is extreme.

Is it? I mean,
it's been six years since I've had contact with the opposite sex in any meaningful sense.

Is there a pattern or common cause for why your relationships don't seem to last?

Not to sound like an incel, but I'd largely put it down to genetics, along with my introverted personality.

What do you mean by genetics? If it helps, you can be introverted or shy and still find someone. It's not all the extroverts that are finding people. Plus, we're in the digital age so finding a partner online is easier than ever.
If it wasn't for the pandemic, I'd say you could have luck with finding someone at social events that pertain to your hobbies and interests. For example, if you enjoy cooking and baking, you can see if there's cooking classes in your area. If you're into movies and the arts, you can look into art and theater related events your community might be holding; especially if you have an active filmmaking community.

I mean,
I am short (5'4"), I have a small penis, and I have asthma and thyroid disease. Why would any woman choose me?
