I see some of you have already noticed this new kid on the block, namely this @AmericanHacker account that has been tweeting at Liz Fong-Jones:
@AmericanHacker's The Fuckery Files thread:
@AmericanHacker's main claim to fame right now is that Joshua Moon is a Chinese spy working with Chinese intel, with Liz Fong-Jones concurring:
TYVM. Admin takedown of Kiwi Farms by APNIC reclaiming their prefix is good, but SOMEBODY with more access than you or I needs to check the Chinese national who registered Flow Chemical Pty. If that's a real person ... Chinese intel?
Sounds batty, but this IS 2022 ...

So I had a look at mr American Hacker's account, and I'm now 99% certain that @AmericanHacker is either Neal "Internet Super-Spy!" Rauhauser himself, or someone working in concert with Neal. Here's what led me to this suspicion:
First, for those of you who don't know who Neal "Internet Super Spy!" Rauhauser aka "Occupy Rebellion" is, go here:
What service is Neal Rauhauser providing to his clients, including Brett Kimberlin’s tax-exempt 501(c) Velvet Revolution? Is Rauhauser paid to sit around all day playing with his Twitter sockpuppets, plotting revenge against Greg Howard, obsessing over Patterico and ranting about how a “Christian Infowar Militia cell” took down Anthony Weiner?

1) The above "Internet Super Spy!" article was key in my research. In this article, The Other McCain goes into Neal Rauhauser's use of the Maltego program:
What does that mean? Sunday, I published a sample of writings by Rauhauser that he had “scrubbed” from the Web, demonstrating his obsessions with his various enemies, as well as his penchant for online secrecy and deception. But there was much more in that vast 179-page cache, including a January 2012 post entitled “Maltego, FOCA and Shodan,” referencing three computer programs Rauhauser uses.

McCain refers to something called the "Kookpocalypse" torrent, which was apparently a folder containing, amongst other things, Maltego graphs, and seems to bare a close resemblance to the dropbox folder that American Hacker has now compiled on Joshua Moon and shared on Twatter:
Not since Humbert chased his doppelgänger Quilty cross-country has anyone so persistently stalked an enemy, real or imagined. And while there is a real person behind @Zapem, the vast conspiracy in Rauhauser’s demented mind is wholly imaginary. But as he sits down with his Maltego software and maps online connections, Neal’s paranoia tells him that this data-mining holds some hidden clue to how all these evil people — from Greg Howard to HB Gary to Patrick Frey to the ghost of Andrew Breitbart — are plotting against him.
And who are we to say that they’re not, huh?

In the above "Fuckery Files" thread, @AmericanHacker makes sure to name-drop Maltego, Neal's favourite network mapping software:
The tools used on this dig were @MaltegoHQ @RiskIQ and a bit of @builtwith. Looking at the date stamps I don't recall the particulars of the timeline. I encountered a KF victim with enough juice to do what @keffals is doing, did the study, they chose to not act at that time.
Not sure I'm putting these @MaltegoHQ graphs out in public. Moon's cluster of digital cesspools are Tor only at this point, I don't want to educate him on the vulnerabilities I found.
Gonna take a bit to review them.
2) In one of his tweets, @AmericanHacker recommends the book
Convergence; Illicit Networks and National Security in the Age of Globalization, claiming that KF is part of such an illicit network:
Which is... the very same same book that Neal Rauhauser was recommending on his blog back in 2013:
Part of my personal attention conservation this year has been an effort to take the time I used to spend on short, reactive social media – like Twitter – and redirect it into more weighty reading. I just finished the National Defense University’s Convergence: Illicit Networks and National Security in the Age of Globalization, and I strongly recommend this tome for anyone seeking to better understand the nature of conflict between hierarchies and networks.
So here we have someone using Maltego, Neal Rauhauser's software of choice, and recommending the same
Convergence book, the same book that Neal Rauhauser had praised on his personal blog.
3) The final dead giveaway though was @AmericanHacker directly linking to Neal Rauhauser's blog. Why on earth would anyone do that if they weren't Neal himself?
You get your internet service from your ISP. Where do ISPs get their internet service? Via "defaultless routing" which is coordinated using Border Gateway Protocol.
Here, learn a little bit about the internet ...
So we have someone using the same Maltego software that Neal was using to compile the "Kookpocalypse" torrent, here being used to compile a "Fuckery Files" dropbox folder on Joshua Moon, recommending the same
Convergence book that Neal was recommending on his blog back in 2013, while directly linking to Neal's blog, all the while perpetrating the same type of insane conspiracy theories (about Joshua Moon being in bed with Chinese intel) that Neal has long been into.
Now, can someone please contact Neal's old friends
Patterico and The Other McCain to let them know that Neal is back in business under a new alias and under the banner of a new cause? I'm sure they'd be amused.
After Aaron Walker went to court to get a peace order based on the [“Kookpocalypse”] site, Rauhauser sent me and others an email titled “Aaron Walker murder/suicide risk” that said, among other things:
Given Walker’s state of mind I would say his wife might find him hanging in the garage tonight when she gets home from work. Another possible outcome would be a two digit body count from some mosque in Virginia after Aaron goes full tilt Jared Loughner on the congregation. Someone who knows his wife or real world associates in Virginia should take steps to get him hospitalized before something grim happens.
My emphasis. Note the reference to Aaron’s wife. Bringing spouses into the harassment is a common tactic with this crowd.
Read the whole thing at Patterico. Rauhauser (who has boasted of being armed with a Glock 9-mm pistol) was making ominous threats online, Kimberlin was pursuing a ruthlessly vindictive strategy of legal and workplace harassment against Walker, and when Walker tried to put a stop to it, Rauhauser suggested that Walker was contemplating some act of desperate violence.
Keep in mind that the “Kookpocalypse” that Rauhauser kept hyping turned out to be his release of an instant classic of paranoid literature — “Andrew Breitbart’s ISR Cell?” — as part of a 530-megabyte package of “data” that Rauhauser delivered to the FBI and New Jersey police who, if they bothered to take one look at it, could have drawn only one conclusion: Neal Rauhauser is a demented crackpot.
Inside Neal Rauhauser’s Twisted Mind
I told you guys, all these motherfuckers just want to be
this asshole.
