More specifically, the image was self-loathing pooner art, made by a pooner to mock herself and/or other pooners.

Also to be absolutely clear - Men don't spend much if any time checking out other men visually unless they're raging homosexuals or looking for a fight. So pooners are subject to much less scrutiny, especially when a brief assessment will classify you as absolutely no threat to any man that glances in your direction. Past that point it's not that we don't notice, it's that we don't care and you are literally invisible. The filter doesn't go beyond that unless something calls its attention back around.

Compared to the male gaze as applied to women or anything attempting to pass as such, that's a much closer inspection with far more instinctive care given to fraud and deception.

Men seem to be worse at clocking troons and pooners alike than women are. The number of times I've spotted a hulking AGP and my male friends have just assumed it was a weird-looking woman, even after having an entire conversation with them like buying a coffee from them, they don't notice. Maybe my friends are just retarded but they don't seem to be as aware. I suppose they don't have to be, they didn't grow up being told to watch out for strange men the way women did. Though these days little boys and girls both seem to be told that troons are perfectly safe and should be coddled and hugged for woke parents' photo ops.

An asthma attack is the fucking worst. If you don't breathe, you die, and if an attack is severe, or even mild but persistent, the deepseated fear and anxiety is instinctual and impossible to shake. Your lizard brain is shrieking at you that you're going to die, because guess what? You will if your lungs malfunction! You don't just walk out of a hospital in that state, you stay until you're treated, the fear gradually subsides and then you start thinking back and getting annoyed about whatever. And on top of all this, the pooner thinks a nurse is too stupid to look at someone's rib cage, pelvic girdle, general anatomy etc and know that she's looking at a female body that needs medical attention tailored to it specifically.

The whole story is absolute bullshit from beginning to end. Either the pooner is lying from start to finish, or she was in the hospital munching away for the sweet, sweet attention.

All the lung function tests are sex-dependent (as well as body size and age, but sex matters a great deal).
