Guy here. Is it just me or is the "idea of what a man is" to these FtMs still very feminine? I was catching up with someone from High school and I found out that the tomboy nerdy girl who I had a crush on trooned out and completely changed their name. However I remember in high school the boys had a bet that she was either bi or a lesbian because she never accepted anyone's advances. I was looking at her social media and it see screams "a women wrote this". I'm not the most "manly man", hell the women who go after me like me because I give off that "nice guy academic vibe". You ask this questions because you're coming at it from a normal, logic driven perspective. But these people do not think logically. If they did they wouldn't be pooning and trooning. You can't make sense of them by projecting how you'd think through a situation on to how they're acting. They do not find male sexuality appealing, necessarily. Because what they're roleplaying and fantasizing about isn't male sexuality, obviously. As I've said a lot of them have some sort of sexual hang ups that they pretend not to have or ignore by deciding to live out such fantasies. Perhaps I should have been clearer that when I say stuff like that I'm still describing their fantasies/motivations and not actual male sexuality.

Also, you would be surprised the number of lesbians into teh yaoiz. It's not necessarily so much a who you're attracted to thing so much as it's a geek girl thing.
