Rant/When browsing Ao3 for M/M smut​

Edit [it seems that my angry, sloppy writing has given rise to some very valid concerns and misunderstandings about myself, my worldview, and the points I was trying to get across. Therefore, some of the things mentioned in this post might cause upset, please proceed with caution. I will add corrective notes to this rant when I have the spoons for it. Oook, I dont mind my ships being made trans, I get that we lack representation. But am I the only one who feels like trans m/m smut isn't made for actual trans men who may have dysphoria? It feels like we're being fetishised for the women in the audience. It seems that I can't escape it when browsing now, it seems even more common than cis m/m in some popular fan bases. Its not even properly labelled in the tags all the time so I get some nasty shocks.
I read m/m fiction because I want to avoid the dysphoria triggered by writings about vaginal sex. Seeing some of those tags about fingering, eating out, penetration etc makes me feel sick to my stomach as I can't help but attach it to a part on myself that utterly horrifies me, and to see it being done to m/m trans characters only amplifies that. Why can't more writers wanting trans representation be respectful that trans men with dysphoria exist, and give us characters that are able to have sex were they are treated as men and the vagina is left out of the equation?

To them, they genuinely believe vaginas have nothing to do with a person's sex and think its just something you can view in abstract like gender. When told that no, a vagina is a primary sex characteristic and thus is not changed by internal perception of gender, they get mad and give those snarky responses they're known for, casually reminding you that "um, actually, sex and gender aren't the same and it's American culture that made us think the vagina is a female organ" (something a pooner actually wrote and posted in the Tranny Ls thread).

When told they're not writing gay sex, but heterosexual sex, they also get mad, because they IDENTIFY as male, therefore their genitalia is male, therefore fucking a pussy is gay sex. They'll use terms to avoid any description of the vagina, while using "pussy", "cunt", "slit" and the dreaded "hole", because any reminder that they're female is literally a hate crime against them. The funniest thing is that they keep clocking these characters as pooners in their works, describing the character as small with a tiny waist, or contrast just how big the actual male characters are to them.

I don't think they do this consciously due to trying to specify the pooner character as a pooner, at least not in all cases. They do this to what are meant to be natal males written as natal males, usually the character they project the most on to, because they're writing a straight dynamic onto their gay ship and are looking at it from the perspective of someone who is straight and who understands straight men are attracted to these features (in women). They legit sometimes do not seem to notice they do this more than half the time.
