Of course she did. She wants to get on a DAFT visum (great name) and there are some requirements. She didn't have it yet on March 9th. As far as words for "tomboy" in other languages go, in Moospeak, there is also 侠 (kyan), and 御転婆 (Otenba) which fit closely, and don't seems to have negative connotations either.
