This may be a crazy take here, but I think people who actively run defense for pedophilic content like lolicon, and are knowingly friends with actual pedophiles, are probably pedophiles themselves. Or at the very least have no issue associating with pedophiles, which is just about as bad.

So unless those pics are old (pre-dating her vtubing career) and she put on a fuck ton of lard since then than I really don't believe it's her.
Yeah fat people have a distinct voice that's pretty easy to recognize. If the photo is pre-COVID then I can believe it's her as some people really ballooned during the pandemic.
