OH BOY... Ohhhh boy. I once knew this person. This video is just the tip of the freaking iceberg.
First some basic info. She is a transwoman. Her given name is Matthew, but she goes by Madeleine Jei Pond, and she lives in Minnesota.
Now, the cupcake-eating video isn't the only video of her out there. For the sake of information, I'll put them under a spoiler, but if you value your sanity I'd advise against watching them.
I was in contact with "Matty" in 2012. Keep in mind this was before I knew of these videos. I came to know this person on a website whose name escapes me right now. She had posted some things that I had found interesting. Mostly political stuff. Anyway, I had replied to one of her threads, and she took an interest in me and gave me her Skype. Being completely oblivious to her true nature, I obliged.
Over the next week, she made apparent how autistic she was. She would try and act like a MLP character (at first she identified as Pinkie Pie, then Fluttershy.) She was very, VERY oversensitive, to the point where she would start crying (or at least she claimed to be crying) if I so much as said the word "fuck." I thought, hey, she just has a mental disorder and it would be completely dickish of me to shun her because of that. But the rabbit hole runs deep with this one.
Long story short, it turned out she had a fiancé and was e-dating 10+ other people. Claimed to be "polyamorous." But once she sent me her picture, I started highly doubting that.
Once she showed me her picture and I found out about the cupcake video, I cut off all contact with her as it became clear she was a creep.
Though I did manage to find her DeviantArt account. She changes URLs a lot, so these are the only two accounts of hers I know of.

Well in his defense I will say that chocolate and chilis do work together so it's not a surprise that he said it tasted good. Right now, I'm enjoying some Lindt dark chocolate with chili in it. No word of a lie and this wasn't planned.

Let me preface this by saying I enjoy watching cartoons. 
First of all: I don't understand the hot sauce on the cupcake. Is that something they do in My Little Pony?
Second: I tried watching MLP once because I heard it was like Adventure Time or Regular Show, but it just seemed like another dumb kids cartoon and I couldn't get through an episode.
Then the whole "brony" thing started and got progressively creepier by the day. Do only watch it because they have a very specific sexual fetish for brightly colored cartoon ponies? I mean if you watch it and you're not please explain it to me.
Because I honestly don't understand why anyone would watch it unless they were an 8 year old girl the parent of an 8 year old girl.

Might have something to do with the hot sauce gag in the first episode, but I don't remember enough to say if it involved a cupcake or not.
Whoever said MLP was like those shows was sorely mistaken. MLP is, at the core, just slice of life stuff, whereas those other two shows are a bit more nuanced in the "stuff that doesn't normally happen in typical life" department.
I used to watch it frequently when I got dragged into the community that watched that show, but that's because at the time it was something new on the cartoon scene that was actually well written, didn't resort to lowbrow or "disgusting" humor (basically how that weird-ass Flapjack cartoon somehow set the standard for cartoon humor of the time), and above all else seemed to understand how to be appealing to anybody that watched it, both the target audience but also the adult parents who were inevitably forced to watch the show with the kids. Of course, the early seasons were also produced by a hand-picked team under Faust's supervision, most of them people she'd worked with previously in her cartooning career.
As the show has gone on, most of that all-star team is gone - Faust herself left after S2 presumably because Hasbro decided to force that Equestria Girls shit to weaponize the franchise's spike in popularity against Mattel's monopoly on the fashion doll niche of the toy asiles - and it's kind of steadily decreased in quality ever since. I haven't even bothered trying to watch the new season episodes, Hasbro's put so many yes-men into the team now to pave the way to more and more executive over-management for toy sales that it's really just gotten stale without anything interesting.

Whenever I see these videos I always ask myself "Why do these people always look like they just ate 2 dozen donuts? And why haven't they showered in two weeks?"
Then I realize these are bronies, and bronies probably don't know anything but be around little multi-colored ponies and candy. And that they probably never even heard about a shower in their lives. Hell, I'm surprised many of them have the will to just go outside.
